We’re incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by an array of fabulous local suppliers of food and drink - and it’s the produce of these local growers, butchers and fishmongers that form the
backbone of our food and drinks offerings.
Whenever possible all our food and drink products are sourced locally - not only do we believe that this ensures we can bring you the freshest and best quality choices, but it also helps to
reduce our carbon footprint.
Amongst our wonderful suppliers, we’re proud to count Cleveleys butchers (Halesworth), Wards grocers (Stowmarket), Chefs of Catering Supplies (Ipswich), Scaled up fishmonger (Lowestoft), Bidfoods catering/wine merchants (Stowmarket) and Smashing wines (Rendlesham) as part of our fabulous team.
We are passionate about being sustainable and helping the environment for future generations.
We also opted for an electric-only kitchen to reduce the burning of fossil fuels and we’re keen on reducing waste and monitor our food waste carefully, trying to keep to the ‘root to fork’ theology of using all/as much of the product as possible.
